1. Each team must upload the abstract using the link ( https://forms.gle/izbHTcTWGww7MMab6 ).

Each team (any one member of the team) must fill out this form for participation in the hackathon. (Deadline 10^th March 2022, 11:59 PM).

2. Each team has to present a poster for round 1 evaluation. (Template is hereby attached).

3. Rubrics for round 1 evaluation are:

·       Clarity of Idea (Weightage 10%),

·       Novelty of Idea (Weightage 10%),

·       Technical Feasibility (Weightage 10%),

·       Impact on Society (Weightage  10%),

·       Presentation (Weightage 10%),

·       Core Skills (Weightage 20%),

·       Approach (Weightage 20%),

· Teamwork (Weightage 10%).

3. Please note 50% of the total teams will be selected for round 2.

4. Each team must present a PPT for Round 2 evaluation  (Template is hereby attached).

5. Rubrics for round 2 evaluation are:

·       Clarity of Idea (Weightage 10%),

·       Novelty of Idea (Weightage 10%),

·       Technical Feasibility (Weightage 10%),

·       Impact on Society (Weightage  10%),

·       Presentation (Weightage 10%),

·       Core Skills (Weightage 20%),

·       Approach (Weightage 20%),

·       Teamwork (Weightage 10%).

6. 50% of teams that participated in round 2 will be moved to round 3.

7. Each team shortlisted after round 2 has to show the implementation demo and PPT.

8. Rubrics for round 3 evaluation are:

·       Clarity of Idea (Weightage 10%),

·       Technical Feasibility (Weightage 10%),

·       Presentation (Weightage 15%),

·       Core Skills (Weightage 25%),

·       Approach (Weightage 25%),

·       Teamwork (Weightage 15%).

9. 12 teams of 4 verticals will be selected as winners.
