Greetings.
As you are aware, IA4, IA5 and IA 8 are based on activities that you perform with under Curricular / Co-Curricular activities. In order to collect the data, the following google form is shared with you. If you have more than one activity under corresponding IA, you can submit the form multiple times. Even if you have submitted the details to your Program Chair / School, you are directed to submit the same through this google form. The form must be submitted on or before 16/04/2020 6:00 pm.
