instructions to fill NCC Form:-
(1) Fill with blue pen only.
(2) Fill in your hand writing.
(3) Fill NCC Enrolment session 2022-2023 Google form (must).
(4) Fitness Certificate is mandatory (MBBS Doctor) with stamp, specified on page no. 4 of the enrolment form provided.
Submit copy of following Doc:-
(5) DOB.
(6) 10th & 12th class Marksheet.
(7) Adhar Card.
(8) Bank Passbook.
(9) GU Admission Slip.
How to Submit:-
Fill form & directly submit to the GU NCC Office B-016 & contact Admission Office.
