NOTICE
NOTICE TO STUDENTS OF GALGOTIAS UNIVERSITY, UTTAR PRADESH ON EXTENSION OF ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS
As per the notice sent to all the students, on campus instructions was suspended until 30th January 2022. Now, after reviewing the current Covid-19 situation, the following decision has been taken with respect to the Online/On-Campus instructions: -
1. The University will continue with the online instructions until Sunday, 06 February 2022.
2. The online course instruction will stop, and regular on-campus course instruction (offline) will resume from Monday, 7th February 2022, unless the current COVID-19 measures are further extended by the Government.
3. The online/offline mode of instructions will take place as per the regular timetable.
4. The Galgotias University Hostel shall be fully functional and Hostellers shall attend their online classes from the University Hostel.
5. It is advised to all the students to follow the COVID-19 guidelines and maintain social distancing in all the places on Campus.
Protocol for Personal Hygiene and Safety
a. Every one entering the campus/classrooms/offices/ canteen etc. must ensure hand wash with soap or sanitisers provided in the various convenient locations throughout our campus.
b. Always wear a facemask on campus and follow social distancing norms.
c. Use disposable tissues (napkins) for wiping after hand wash. Dispose the used tissues in the dustbins provided.
d. Personal greeting of each other must be restricted to smile and there shall be no hugging or shaking hands.
e. Ensure to cover the nose and mouth with handkerchief while sneezing or coughing and regularly wash the handkerchief with soap.
f. Wash and dry the re-usable facemasks at least once in a day.
g. Do not allow usage of one’s personal phones / laptops by another.
h. Always drink water using personal water bottle.
