REOPENING OF UNIVERSITY CAMPUS FOR FACE TO FACE (OFFLINE) CLASSES FOR ALL STUDENTS
Dear Students,
This is to inform you that the long wait is now over. Your beautiful Campus is finally opening!
As you all are aware that the Uttar Pradesh Government vide its letter No. 501/70-3-2021-08(20)/2020 dated 12.02.2021 has directed to reopen all the Universities/colleges/Educational Institutes of the state with effect from 15.02.2021 for face to face study, by adhering to the guidelines issued by the U.P. Government.
Accordingly, the Galgotias University has now also decided to open and start the face to face (offline) classes fully on the University campus from 22.02.2021 onwards.
Please note that with effect from 15.02.2021, the campus is fully open for all the students. All the classes shall be conducted offline in the campus w.e.f 22.02.2021 & students have to attend offline classes in face to face mode.
Therefore,
- Students are expected to stay in the hostels or near the campus to ensure they can attend offline classes regularly.
- All outstation students are requested to make travel arrangements so as to attend offline classes. - It is requested that students should strictly adhere to the safety protocols within the campus.
- The detailed classes schedule for offline classes is available on the website/icloud/LMS for your reference.
Hostel:
Students are requested to book the hostels rooms well in advance as due to offline
classes the rooms availability will be in limited supply.
To make it easy for students and as per requests from parents and students the
fee for the hostel can be paid on a monthly basis, however minimum two months
advance needs to be made for the booking of the hostel rooms.
