Instructions to fill NCC Form:-
(1) Fill with blue pen only.
(2) Fill in your hand writing.
(3) Fill NCC Enrolment session 2023-2024 Google form (must).
(4) Fitness Certificate is mandatory (MBBS Doctor) with stamp, specified on page no. 4 of the enrolment form provided.
How to Submit:-
Fill form & directly submit to the GU NCC Office C Block & Admission Office.
