Dear Sir/Madam,
Honourable Raksha Mantri has launched 3rd Version of contest of DRDO on 04 Oct 2021. This contest is aimed to propel our countrymen and women to think unthinkable. Like previous versions, a few themes have been defined with one open category where innovators and technology dreamers can propose next generation technologies and systems (details are enclosed). The only eligibility for the participants is to dream big in technology, be an Indian national or a start-up recognised by DPIIT.
Needless to say that bright ideas in various categories will be rewarded up to Rs. 10 Lakh (details enclosed). The winners of Dare to Dream 2 contest were honoured by Hon’ble Raksha Mantri. We will endeavour to provide similar opportunity to winner of Dare to Dream 3 as well.
I may also bring out that DRDO may provide grant-in-aid up to Rs. 1 cr. for giving wings to bright dreams.
I, hereby, invite your faculty, students and the incubates to participate in Dare to Dream 3 contest, which is open up to 01 Dec 2021. The ideas can be uploaded on the website itself.
