for
Summer Term Exam- Odd & Even Semester for 2021
1. Summer Term of Odd & Even Semester- 2021 will be conducted for the students fallen into Detained / Not – Eligible category in previous semesters.
2. Summer Term will be conducted for all those students who have
A. Students of All Batches (excluding current first year batch) having fallen into Detained / Not – Eligible category as per appended course list. (Appendix 1)
B. Students of passed out batches (falling in N + 2 category, where N is the duration of program).
C. Students admitted through Lateral Entry in session 2020 -21 (and not appeared in the examination in the winter) without any fee.
D. Students who have not registered for Odd Semester 2020-21.
E. Summer Term of Odd & Even Semester 2021 will also be conducted for the students who are having WH / RL status in any of the courses of previous semester.
3. Important instruction for registering for Summer Term Odd & Even Semester and schedule of classes & examination:
a.) Summer Term Classes for Odd & Even Semester – 3rd May 2021 to 15th May 2021.
b.) Summer Term Examination Even Semester 20th May - to 5th June 2021.
c.) Summer Term Examination Odd Semester 6th June 2021 to 24th June 2021.
d.) Student may only register for not more than 30 credits taken together for all the semesters.
e.) Summer Term Fees will be Rs. 2300/- (Rs. Two thousand Three Hundred only) per course.
f.) Registration for Summer Term (Odd & Even Semester) is to be done on icloud.
g.) Last Date of Registration will be May 06, 2021.
h.) Date Sheet of ETE May 2021 (IV VI, VIII & X Semester) is to be referred for Even Semester Summer Term Examination. For Summer Term Odd Semester Examination date sheet will be released separately. All the date sheets will be displayed on University website, LMS & icloud.
i.) Detail Class timetable will be displayed on icloud and MS-team.
j.) The overall in charge of conducting Summer Term Classes for both Odd & Even Semester will be Dr P Suresh & Dr S. Srinivasan.
4. The Registration for the examination will open from 2nd May 2021
