Keeping the current
Covid 19 situation in mind, we have received many requests where parents have
requested to pay their Hostel and Mess Fee on monthly basis. We have also
realized that this is a difficult situation and at this stage of pandemic,
financial issues are there with parents.
Therefore, we have decided to accept Monthly payment of Hostel Fee. Booking of the hostel will require minimum 2 months advance.

OPTIONS TO PAY THE HOSTEL FEE: For booking of Hostel, Applicant is required to pay 2 Months Advance Hostel Fee through any options written below.

• OPTION-I: Through Demand Draft to be deposited or courier/post at The Office of Admissions, Galgotias University, Plot No 1, Knowledge Park 2, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar 201306 Uttar Pradesh, India. Demand Draft should be in favor of Galgotias University Uttar Pradesh payable at New Delhi/ Noida / Greater Noida.

• OPTION-II: Visit m.paytm.me/galgotias_newstudents_web to pay the fee via Credit Card/Debit Card/Paytm Wallet/Netbanking/ UPI OR visit www.galgotiasuniversity.edu.in and click on "Pay through Paytm" to pay the fee |

Note:
• Due to Covid, the mess facilities will be fully operational around 25 Feburary or as specified by the government guidelines or as per notice by statuary bodies.
• The allocation of hostel seats for all IN-CAMPUS hostels will be done by an auto-allocation computerized system and will be on a first come first serve basis.
• The Hostel fee includes Boarding and Lodging only.
• Haier Laundry facility is available in hostels.
• Transport facility from Galgotias Campus 1 to Galgotias Campus 2 included in Hostel fee.
• In-Campus hostels are available for students with stringent safety & security norms in place with all standard facilities. Outside hostel is mostly unauthorized and College/University does not take any responsibility of students taking hostel/accommodation outside the campus.
