Dear Students,
Greetings from Galgotias University!
We are eagerly waiting for you to rejoin the offline classes (with lots of safety and precautions at both the ends). The New Semester has already started from 16 Dec 2020 for Offline classes.
Due to ongoing pandemic COVID-19 and as per the guidelines provided by the State Government & University Grant Commission (UGC) the offline classes shall conducted for 50% strength as per designated days as attached with this letter.
In view of above we appeal to all stakeholders that
1. It is requested that the students, parents should strictly adhere to the safety protocols followed inside the campus. We request the kind cooperation of all the stake holders to ensure smooth reopening and functioning of the University.
2. The detail class schedule for online/offline classes day wise shall be available on university website/iCloud/LMS. For other updates and important information, you must visit university website regularly.
3. Approach Taskforce members for your program during any emergency. We welcome you back to experience joyful learning at GU campus. Be Safe.
4. HOSTEL:
As per the rules set by the government bodies to comply with the COVID19 regulations each student will be allocated a SINGLE occupancy rooms only. Since the single occupancy rooms are limited and are being booked by students on first come first serve basis, it is recommended that you book the hostel rooms on priority. The hostel has already opened from 12 December 2020 for all students who have booked the hostels.
